1 1/2” Bulkhead Schedule 80 Thread x Thread

$14.99

Bulkheads allow plumbing to flow through your aquarium or sump.

Heavy duty Schedule 80 PVC bulkheads feature some distinct advantages over ABS bulkheads:

  • O-Rings are 2X as thick as ABS O-Rings

  • Schedule 80 construction will far outlast ABS

  • Reliable seams

  • Flange and nut side are very easy to grip

When measuring for bulkheads, you will need a hole in your tank that is slightly larger (1-3mm) than the "C" measurement for the corresponding bulkhead but no larger than the "A" measurement. (see image)

Example: If you have a 1.75" diameter hole currently in your tank, then you would want to use the 3/4" Sch 80 Bulkhead.

1 1/2" SCH 80 TxT Bulkhead Dimensions (see diagram)
A - 90mm/3.54"
B - 82mm/3.22"
C - 64mm/2.56"
Installation Hole Size - Use our 65mm Diamond Coated Glass Drill Bit for DIY installation.
